What it flags

Coverage per supervisor

Tables, supervisors and dealers on each pit-shift, and the tables each supervisor is carrying across the floor.

Blended hold, with a floor

Rolls every pit into one floor hold and flags any pit holding below your minimum — 8% by default.

Pits to review

Counts the pits under the hold floor and shows them in red, ready for the morning meeting.

Why directors adopt this

See internal theft first

Catch internal theft, fraud, collusion and AML exposure before they become a loss or a regulator finding.

Detection logic from the floor, not a rulebook

The thresholds and the flag conditions come from decades of surveillance and investigation work — not an off-the-shelf rule set.

Held to a published standard

The same verification rigor as our intelligence — sourced, documented and correctable.

Act on it, get results

Each flag triggers a deeper surveillance review, with the evidence trail already assembled.

DICJPJPSP+ your authority

A pit holding well under the floor, shift after shift, is a question for the morning meeting. The dashboard puts that number in red before anyone asks.

Questions

How does it operate?+

Built over decades of floor-management work, the dashboard rolls every pit into a blended hold and marks any pit for review whose hold falls below the floor you set. It also carries the coverage figures a pit runs on — tables open, supervisors and dealers — so the hold is read next to the staffing behind it. Each flag is a prompt to review, not a verdict.

Does my data leave the machine?+

No. The report is filled and stored entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the file you export stays on your machine.

What can it import?+

Nothing to import — pit rows are entered on the page, one per pit per shift, and the hold floor is set on screen. Labour cost is deliberately not tracked: pay structures vary too much between properties for a ratio to mean the same thing twice.

Can we add our own branding?+

Yes. Add your property name and logo yourself at no cost. We also offer optional paid customisation to fit your jurisdiction and house rules.
